Project Management
Keeping a project completion date can be difficult. When employees have multiple responsibilities, staying on top of all aspects of project cannot be achieved. Missing milestones on a project extends the project completion or causes undesirable expenses and sacrifices to get it back on track. FICS can create and maintain the schedule and coordinate with multiple vendors to achieve your project completion date while maintaining the cost and function.

Fabrication/Assembly
If you have a design and drawings but need a resource to fabricate and assemble it, FICS can provide that service for you. Our manufacturing and inspection standards will achieve quality equipment to be installed. Testing can be provided to ensure that the equipment meets your requirements and be installed without interruption.
Software Development
PLC, HMI, and SCADA program development and updates. We utilize the latest versions from Rockwell Automation such as Studio 5000, View Designer, FactoryTalk Machine Edition, and FactoryTalk Site Edition. We can develop or modify a control solution to fit your needs.
Design/Drafting
FICS can provide machine design and detail drawings as a service. If your company is lacking the resources to create or revise designs and drawings in a timely manner, we can fill the void keeping your schedule on target. We utilize the latest versions of Solidworks, Solidworks Electrical, Autocad, and Microsoft Office software. If provided, documents will be created and updated using your formats, standards, and native files.
Equipment/Software Upgrades
FICS can provide components, software, and integration to update your equipment. Old equipment eventually loses support of the manufacturer. When adding equipment and replacing failed components there is a risk that new equipment will not be compatible interfacing with old equipment. That risk increases the longer it is installed. Manufacturers stop selling old products in order to push new products. Upgrading is inevitable and FICS can provide a seamless transition to new equipment.
Controls Support
Remote and on-site failure troubleshooting and resolution. As a Rockwell Tool kit holder, we can support and troubleshoot most of Allen-Bradley’s product line no matter the age.
FICS’ Remote Access capabilities, combined with our Rockwell Tool Kit, let us support systems that are ethernet capable remotely.
